Our return & refund policy

We are always committed to satisfying our customers' needs and offering the best solutions to interior lighting. But just in case you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please carefully read our Return & Refund Policy as below. You can always email us for any return concerns at info@lightige.com.

Return

You would have a 30 calendar day guarantee period, which means you have a 30 calendar day guarantee period after receiving your item to request a return.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@lightige.com to check if your order is eligible for return.

We can accept returns & exchange of:

  • Orders signed for within 30 calendar days
  • Products that are in the original condition and packaging

EXCEPTIONS - We can not accept returns of:

  • Products that have been installed or assembled
  • Products that are made-to-order, custom or special order
  • Orders are still in shipping
  • Items with sales promotions
  • Orders signed for more than 30 calendar days

    Return address

    After your return request has been authorized, our customer team will inform you of our specific address for receiving the return via email in 1-2 business days.

    Restocking fee

    The restocking fee is not required.

    Damaged goods

    Sometimes the fragile products are damaged in shipping. We may ask that you can notify us within 48 hours of delivery and offer us relative damaged goods images for checking. Then we are able to ship replacements or new item as the order in 48 hours at no cost after confirmation.

    Defective or Incorrect goods

    As our company rule, we would make quality tests to every order of light fixture and check the order item correctly before shipping. We always advise that the order of light fixture should be scheduled inspection and tests with a licensed electrician before the installation. We ask that you can report any goods defects or incorrect item within 30 calendar days of you receiving your order. After 30 calendar days, this will not apply.

    For defective or incorrect goods, replacement request will get priority handling at Lightige. You will be responsible for the shipping of the defective or incorrect goods. We will cover any cost of replacement or new item to you.

    We are not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to the receipt of defective or incorrect goods.

    Return By Mail

    We do not provide shipping label for the return. If there is no issue with the goods you received, you will be responsible for the return within 30 calendar days for a refund (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging). For damaged or defective goods return, we will pay you the mail practical cost in 1-3 business days after receiving the return.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please drop us an email at info@lightige.com, and we will follow up it in 1-2 business days.

    Cancellations

    Cancellation is supported in 2 business days since the date of your purchase in our store. If the item of your order has already been shipped out (even if under 2 business days), it will be unsupported for cancellation. Please reach out to us info@lightige.com with your order id if you would like to request an order cancellation. We will keep you informed in 12 hours if the cancellation request is successful.

    In addition, any item in shipping or any changes of lead time shall not be considered a reason for cancellation of an order.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know immediately if the refund was approved.

    If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and the order amount will return to your account within 1-4 business days.

    If more than 5 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@lightige.com.
    • Any tips on the original order are non-refundable
    • Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.
    • Any items damaged heavily are non-refundable.
